Inputs and outputs the current workspace handles
The converter accepts files up to 100 MB. Available outputs change with the detected file extension, so the workspace only offers a path implemented for that source type.
| Input | Available outputs | Current behavior |
|---|---|---|
| DOCX, TXT, JPG, PNG | Extract selectable text for DOCX or TXT, or render each visible page for JPG or PNG. | |
| DOCX | PDF, TXT, HTML | Extract readable text and reflow it into the selected text-based output. |
| TXT or Markdown | PDF, DOCX, HTML | Read source text and package it in a simple generated document or escaped HTML page. |
| HTML or HTM | PDF, DOCX, TXT | Treat the source as text; the current converter does not render webpage styling or scripts. |
| CSS, JS, TS, TSX, JSX, XML, JSON, CSV, RTF, LOG | PDF, DOCX, TXT | Read the file as text. Format-specific parsing, spreadsheet calculation, and rich-text rendering are not applied. |
| JPG or JPEG | PDF, PNG, WebP | Embed the image in a single-page PDF or redraw it in another supported image format. |
| PNG | PDF, JPG, WebP | Create a single-page PDF or convert the image; transparent areas become white in JPG output. |
| WebP | PDF, JPG, PNG | Decode the image in the browser and export a supported still-image or PDF result. |
PDF signing workspace
Scroll every page. Place each field. Export a new copy.
The signing view supports typed or drawn signatures, initials, dates, and custom text. A selected field can be moved, resized, duplicated, removed, or adjusted with keyboard controls. Best-effort horizontal-line detection can ease a nearby signature onto a likely signing line.

- Multi-pageRendered PDF pages stay in a scrollable viewer for precise placement.
- AdjustableMove and resize fields before creating the signed download.
- Personal workflowNo recipient invitations, signing order, audit certificate, or remote countersigning.
Document privacy
Core file work stays in the browser.
Conversion, PDF rendering, field placement, and export run in the browser. Vertinsta still contacts its authentication and billing services to manage account access, but the core converter does not persist the selected document.

A conversion changes more than the extension.
PDF-to-DOCX and DOCX-to-PDF are text-first workflows, not pixel-perfect layout reproduction. Image outputs flatten pages into pixels, and image-to-PDF creates a separate single-page PDF per source image. Review every result before sharing or relying on it.
