Privacy Policy

Vertinsta is designed to minimize the information it handles. Supported document conversions and PDF signing operations run in your browser. Those files are not uploaded to Vertinsta or stored by Vertinsta.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects payment, billing, and transaction information under its own privacy policy. Vertinsta does not receive or store full card numbers.

Analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled, Vertinsta collects aggregate usage information such as page views, device type, and feature events. Do not include document contents in analytics events.

Operational data

Hosting providers may retain short-lived server and security logs such as IP address, request time, and browser information. Stripe webhook logs contain transaction identifiers and event types, not full card details.

Your choices

An account and active monthly or lifetime access are required to use the document workspace. You may block analytics with browser controls. For payment questions or data requests, use the support contact shown on your Stripe receipt.
