Which file formats does Vertinsta support?
Vertinsta accepts PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, HTML, JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP files. Available outputs depend on the input: PDF can become DOCX, TXT, JPG, or PNG; DOCX can become PDF, TXT, or HTML; TXT and Markdown can become PDF, DOCX, or HTML; HTML can become PDF, DOCX, or TXT; and supported images can become PDF, JPG, PNG, or WebP.
Are my documents uploaded to Vertinsta?
Supported conversion and PDF signing work runs locally in your browser. Account authentication and payment status use their respective secure services, but your document content is not sent through the Vertinsta application server. Each file can be up to 100 MB.
Will PDF and Word formatting stay exactly the same?
No. PDF-to-DOCX and DOCX-to-PDF are text-focused conversions that create a new document; they do not preserve exact layouts, images, tables, forms, or complex styling. Vertinsta does not currently perform OCR, so image-only scanned PDFs will not produce editable text. Encrypted or damaged files may also fail to convert.
What can I add when signing a PDF?
You can add typed or drawn signatures, initials, dates, and text, then move, resize, duplicate, or remove each field across a scrollable multi-page PDF. Signature placement uses best-effort line snapping when a nearby line can be detected, and exporting creates a new signed copy without changing the original file.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. You can open Stripe’s secure billing portal from your Vertinsta account and stop future renewals.
Does lifetime access expire?
No. The one-time $250 purchase grants ongoing access to the Vertinsta converter and signature workspace for that account.
