Refund Policy

The price, billing frequency, and any offer-specific refund terms are displayed in Stripe Checkout before payment.

One-time purchases

If a one-time digital purchase does not work as described, contact the support address on your Stripe receipt with the receipt number and a description of the issue. Eligible requests are reviewed based on use of the service and applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions

You may cancel the $10 monthly plan through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless checkout stated otherwise. The $250 lifetime purchase does not renew.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly using the support contact on your Stripe receipt. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment details by email.
