By using Vertinsta, you agree to use the service lawfully and only with files you own or are authorized to process.

Document tools

Conversions and electronic signatures can change formatting or content. Review every exported file before relying on it. Vertinsta does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that an electronic signature satisfies every jurisdiction or transaction requirement.

Paid offers

Vertinsta offers full feature access for $10 per month or a one-time $250 lifetime purchase. Applicable taxes and final charges are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment and issues the receipt. Monthly access renews until canceled; lifetime access remains tied to the purchasing Vertinsta account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vertinsta to process malware, infringe rights, bypass access controls, commit fraud, or interfere with the service. Access may be limited when necessary to protect users or infrastructure.

Service availability

Vertinsta is provided on an as-available basis. Keep your original files and independent backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected offer.
